: Allows you to explore arrangements for you and your family
: Enables you to stay in Control of Decision affecting you and your family
: Focuses on your unique circumstances and needs
: Assists in providing short and long term lasting solutions
: Legally Privileged *Discussion that take place in mediation cannot be
referred to in any court proceedings about the same matter.
Outcomes and proposed agreements also remain confidential and privileged
until they are converted into a legally binding agreement.
Mediation is not : Legal advise, couple counselling, therapy .
